Cancellation Policy

cancellation policy for Overnight Workshops
(JOSHUA TREE AND DEATH VALLEY, Not Iceland)

  • 2 months (or longer) prior to the start date of the workshop

    • full refund

    • or 100 percent can be applied to a future workshop

  • within 2 months of the start date of the workshop

    • fifty percent refund

    • or 100 percent can be applied to a future workshop

  • within 1 month of the start of the workshop

    • no refund

    • If a replacement can be booked, you may reschedule with 50 percent of paid fee to a future workshop. 

  • weather related cancellation for single overnight workshops
    - within 3 days of workshop start date

    • if you decide not to attend due to weather - no refund, but you may reschedule to a workshop at a future date (100% transfer of fees paid)

    • if you attend the workshop and we get rained out - then you can reschedule to a workshop at a future date.

  • this is a STRICT POLICY BECAUSE LEAD TIMES FOR BOOKING THESE EVENTS IS 6-12 MONTHS

  • FEES not refundable 1 month after being paid

  • FEES NOT REFUNDABLE WITHIN 1 MONTH OF THE EVENT
